We would like to acquaint you with the house rules to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For all information please contact the owners.

On arrival day accommodation is available after 14:00. Please leave the unit by 10:00 AM on departure day.

Guests have responsibility for their behavior, and in case of accident bears consequences.

“Vila Mia” do not bear responsibility for guests accessories and valuables.

BASIC RULES OF BEHAVIOUR

Hand over your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration at the Tourist office.

The price of stay must be paid not later than the second day upon arrival. If the guest wants to leave earlier than planned he/she can’t be refunded the money for the stay already paid. The host pays the tourist tax.

It is forbidden to destroy inventory of apartments, cause of disturbance, and obstruct other guests in peaceful resting.

It is strictly forbidden making noise from 14.00 until 16.00 and at period 23-07 h.

It is forbidden to smoke on beds to prevent fire.

When leaving apartments close windows and lock the entrance door. Turn off all electric devices. Inevitable turn off the water.

During the summer please throw garbage daily.

Guests are obliged to maintain apartments and after rent expiry to leave apartments in the same shape as before.

The contents of the apartments may only be used by persons who are registered guests, however the host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times.

It is forbidden to carry apartment towels, blankets, and other stuff on the beach. You are pleased for responsible handling with apartments inventory. All responsibility for damages is liable of tenant.

It is not permitted to bring any animals.

Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable materials is not permitted.

In the event of the disappearance of damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartments the guest is obliged to notify the host. Insofar as the damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.

Just before end of usage of apartments guest is obliged to show apartments for inspection to “Vila Mia´s” owners.

Keys must be returned at rent expiry.

In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services.

The house rules are integral part of the rent. Guests are pleased to read house rules and accept it. By paying the reservation or full price, the guest has accepted these house rules and the guest is obliged to obey them.
